200 grams Chicken breast thinly sliced into strips
0.5 tsp. Tamarind mix with 50 cc water
3 tbs. Sweet soy sauce
4 tbs. Vegetable oil
1 pcs Tomato
1 tbs. Tomato Sauce
2 1/2 cm Ginger peeled, sliced
4 cloves Garlic finely slice sliced
6 cloves Shallots finely slice sliced
1 tbs. Honey
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Place four tablespoons ofvegetable oil plus garlic & shallots into a friying pan and stir over a low heat until the color turns golden. Add chicken and ginger, sugar, pepper, tamarind juice and stir for several minutes.
Reduce heat and add sweet soy sauce then add salt and cover for several minutes until cooked. If necessary, add a little water or stock to help steam.
Turn down the heat and simmer to reduce the sauce until it becomes thick.
